Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new account gets a 7-day free trial (5 full scans + 5 AI credits) instantly on signup. No credit card required. Run real scans, see real data before you subscribe.
What counts as one scan?
Each full seller analysis — top products, sales estimates, revenue data, and sales trends for that seller — counts as one scan against your monthly plan limit.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — and there's nothing to cancel. AslScout never charges your card automatically: a few days before your plan ends you get an invoice, and you only pay it if you want to continue. You can also turn renewal off in Settings so no new invoice is created. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
What if I hit my monthly scan limit?
Upgrade to a higher plan anytime — the price difference is prorated automatically and your new limit applies right away. Pro has unlimited scanning, so you'll never hit a wall.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payments are processed securely — we never store your card details.
What are AI credits?
AI credits power optional AI features — automatic Amazon photo matching, AI-generated eBay titles, and VeRO/dropshipping risk scoring. Every plan includes a monthly AI credit allowance, and you can buy more anytime if you need extra.
