You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Notify us immediately at support@aslscout.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use AslScout only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from our platform in an automated manner
Use the service to harass, harm, or collect data about specific individuals

5. Subscription and Billing

AslScout offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

You authorize us to charge the applicable fees on your selected billing cycle.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time unless required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

6. Data and Market Intelligence

The market data and analytics provided by AslScout are for informational and research purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that information is complete, current, or error-free. You should not rely solely on AslScout data for business decisions. We are not liable for any business losses arising from use of our platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and features of the AslScout platform are the intellectual property of ARSN GROUP LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through our platform (such as feedback). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for the purpose of improving our service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

AslScout is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation of the service. Use is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ARSN GROUP LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use AslScout.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent behavior, or otherwise misuse the service. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@aslscout.com.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our platform. Continued use of AslScout after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
